Residential:
*1 Bedroom+1 living room $500.
*$95/ea for additional room.
*For best results client must prepare the *room as required.
*Prep list will send through email.

Base Price:
*$380 for 1 Bedroom + 1 Living Room.
*Additional Rooms: +$70 each.
Recommended Plan: 3 treatments are recommended for effective results, as complete eradication cannot be guaranteed in a single visit.
*Client Requirement: Thorough room preparation is mandatory for the best results.

Residential:
*Minimum charge $290.00
*After first hour $180/hr
*Extra $150 for attic, crawl space, and roof top.
*Follow up $180/hr.
